Join the team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a senior living community committed to providing exceptional service while creating a supportive and rewarding environment for employees.
We are currently hiring a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and team members. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while providing administrative and clerical support to the community.
Available OpeningsFull-Time
Monday–Friday
Schedule: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
No Weekends
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and guests while providing exceptional customer service
Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed.
Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols.
Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages.
Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, and scanning documents.
Maintain accurate records and communication logs.
Assist departments with administrative support as assigned.
Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Minimum of one year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or clerical experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
