Through an industry-unique combination of consumer research, proprietary data, and three decades of trend reporting experience, the team delivers actionable insights that guide customers to the visual content that connects with consumers. Closely collaborating with our contributor base of photographers, videographers, and illustrators around the world, the team develops market leading, authentic, and differentiated content.
Who You Are:
You are a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys building relationships while delivering operational excellence.
You thrive in structured environments where attention to detail, consistency, and follow-through matter. Managing multiple priorities, working across systems, and keeping projects moving forward comes naturally to you. This role focuses on data driven operational execution, creator engagement, and programme success rather than content creation or creative production.
Just as importantly, you are a people person. You enjoy connecting with others, building trust, and helping individuals succeed. You are comfortable working with photographers, videographers, filmmakers, and creators across APAC, providing guidance and support that helps them deliver stronger results on client briefs.
You have an interest in the creative industry, but your strengths lie in coordination, engagement, problem-solving, and execution rather than content creation itself.

- Support creators throughout the brief lifecycle by answering questions and helping them understand client requirements and expectations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with creators across the APAC region.
- Identify and nurture high-potential creators.
- Conduct regular health checks on active briefs, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Monitor creator engagement and submission performance and take proactive action when required.
- Drive creator awareness of opportunities through daily and weekly communications.
- Use reporting tools and performance data to identify and match suitable creators to client briefs.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve creator participation, submission quality, and overall brief performance.
- Work confidently across multiple workflow, reporting, project management, and creator management systems.
- Maintain accurate records across systems and processes.
- Track key metrics, engagement trends, and brief performance to support decision making.
- Provide daily support to creators participating in Custom Content briefs.
- Respond promptly to creator questions and issues through inboxes, community channels, and collaboration platforms.
- Support APAC sales and production teams with creator engagement updates, brief progress, and operational requirements.
- Deliver a consistently high level of service to creators and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, creator engagement processes, and operational efficiency.
- Leverage data, creator feedback, and performance trends to enhance engagement strategies and outcomes.
- Support the development and documentation of operational best practices.
- 3+ years' experience in operations, administration, coordination, project support, customer success, community support, account support, or similar roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with databases, reporting tools, workflow systems, or project management platforms.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and follow-through.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience working in media, technology, marketplace, content, creative, or creator-focused businesses.
- Experience supporting external communities, customers, partners, or creators.
- Familiarity with photography, videography, filmmaking, or related creative industries.
- Additional APAC language skills are advantageous.
