The Role

As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for various channels, some of which will be maintained directly by you, others via an agency and external vendors. In all instances, you will require a proficient understanding of key metrics by channel and their reporting requirements. Leads tracking is particular is essential. Your responsibilities include:

Content Development (manage): working with our content writer and graphic designer to deliver relevant and engaging content for the Monoova website, client case studies, whitepapers, product one-pagers, digital ads, and other marketing material where required.CMS (own): development of new landing pages for campaigns, blogs, news/press releases, etc.eDM (own): development of emails and newsletters using Microsoft Dynamics 360. This includes lifecycle marketing involving nuture campaigns and activation of contacts in the database.Reporting (own): develop reporting on channel performance, and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure tracking for our Analytics and CRM is maintained for campaigns and marketing activities. PPC (manage): working with our digital agency to ensure targets are met for paid search ads across Google and Bing networks, and regular reporting back to the business. For Paid Social, you will OWN (linkedin, meta).SEO (manage): working with our SEO specialist to ensure existing content is optimised for AI/SEO and managing the pipeline of technical requirements for SEO with our web developer (acting as liaison between the relevant external and internal team members)Social Media (support): where required, support the Head of GTM with content for LinkedIn and Meta (primarily), and maintaining the social media calendar to include relevant topics, key events, product launches, etc.Events (support): for conferences that Monoova Sponsors, where required provide support to the Head of GTM and coordinator for the event on the day (bump in/out, booth management, landing page set up for leads capture).

What we need from you:

You are passionate and driven, and will be comfortable managing your own time and workload, leveraging the team and Manager for support where required.You are curious and not afraid to ask questions or seek out feedback. We are accountable as a team and are looking for someone who is comfortable collaborating to deliver on shared goals.While experience in payments is a bonus, it is not mandatory. Either way, you enjoy learning and will maintain your industry expertise by familiarising yourself with industry developments and trends, the latest data reporting techniques and tools and anything else that helps you improve your skill set, and knowledge.

Your skills and experience:

Demonstrating experience with performance marketing (both hands on, and management of)Working experience with marketing systems and tools including a CMS (Webflow or similar), CRM (Dynamics 360 or similar), Google Analytics, Creative tools (Canva, Adobe Experience Cloud or similar), Proven ability to monitor and maintain data tracking and tagging for our lead forms, marketing channels and analytics attribution reporting  Communication – you are a skilled communicator (written and verbal) and comfortable collaborating with a diverse team (both in skills and styles) to achieve the right outcomesYou are data driven and a creative thinker who enjoys solving problems, with and without the help of AI (note: we love doing more with less, AI use is encouraged at Monoova!)
