The Supply Chain Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting product lifecycle management, product data administration, demand planning, procurement coordination, inventory availability, and logistic operations across SPS Commerce & company’s network of customers which all report directly to the Supply Chain Product Manager.

Responsibilities Overview

  • must be able to commute, hybrid remote in Redondo Beach, CA 90278 (company will move to Fullerton/Walnut area in the fall)
  • Assist with the communication between the customer services team and our US vendor.
  • Responsible for ensuring the completeness of logistic clearance information and documents. Ensure the communication between our service providers and customers are completed in a timely manner.
  • Real-time monitoring and tracking of shipment's customs clearance information and status, investigate, resolve and communicate operational or entry issues.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with our warehouse and 3PL warehouses for the customer's needs. Such as: order fulfillment, forwarding, dropship, transshipment, and demolition etc.
  • Coordinate with our customer service team to follow up with our last mile solution providers regarding lost packages, undeliverable packages and refund requests.
  • ensuring the accurate setup, maintenance, and management of product information within company's supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, and client-facing systems.
  • Assists/supports new product launches, product transitions, pricing updates, inventory planning, vendor coordination, and product availability initiatives that directly impact operational execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Be proactive and help management get ready for busy season

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 1-2 years related experience and/or training
  • Strong work ethic with team player mindset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience & knowledge ecommerce operations and applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • SPS Commerce knowledge a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
