Facilities Maintenance Technician in Red Bank, New Jersey at Ethos Veterinary Health

We are seeking a mid-level Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the Facilities Manager/Supervisor in maintaining mechanical systems and overall property operations.

Red Bank Veterinary Hospital offers the opportunity to work in a new, 100,000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art hospital designed for advanced specialty and emergency care. Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a mid-level position working under the supervision of the site Facilities Manager/Supervisor. Duties involve assisting in maintaining all mechanical systems as well as the general maintenance of the commercial property.

In this role you will assist in the daily maintenance scheduling and task completion of the above along with light driving duties as needed in combination with the Facilities Manager/Supervisor. You are expected to function daily with minimal supervision in performing service tasks. You are also responsible for inspecting the premises and reporting issues directly to your supervisor.
