Job Description

Position Summary

The Enterprise Solutions Specialist supports the implementation and integration of HED's business platforms and systems. Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role is responsible for configuring, optimizing, and connecting tools across the Microsoft ecosystem and internal applications to enhance operational efficiency. This individual serves as a key technical contributor who helps translate business needs into user-focused, scalable solutions aligned with governance standards.

Essential Functions:

- Support the implementation of solutions across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and connected enterprise applications.
- Develop and manage data transformation workflows, integrations, and automations that improve business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, Practice Technology, and Sector Leadership, to gather and clarify requirements.
- Assist in configuring low-code/no-code applications, dashboards, and reporting tools that support data accessibility.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing digital solutions in alignment with security and performance guidelines.
- Participate in solution testing, documentation, and change management efforts.
- Monitor system performance and recommend adjustments to improve usability and reliability.
- Contribute ideas in team planning sessions to improve digital workflows and reduce manual processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with enterprise systems, preferably with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and M365.
- Strong understanding of data integration, automation tools, and business process workflows.
- Experience building apps, reports, or connectors using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance in digital environments.

Physical Requirements

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally via phone, video conferencing, and in-person.
- Visual acuity to perform responsibilities.
