$330,000 Per Year Practicing Half the Month in Riverside County, CA

Position: Urgent Care Staff Physician

Location: Riverside County, CA

1099: Full-time, Part-time, & PRN Available

Salary: $150/hour

Bonus: $50,000 Sign-On for Full-Time Only

Stipend: $60,000/year for Medical Directorship

We are scheduled to open approximately 5 more clinics over the next 2 years. So far, we have 18 clinic locations throughout CA to service your urgent care needs. Job Overview: Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care in Bakersfield, CA, for eight years in a row. We are hiring a Staff Urgent Care Physician with the Advancement of a Medical Directorship in Temecula, CA.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Urgent Care Medicine practices twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
  • Full-time is 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing 4 mid-level providers.
  • Part-time is a minimum of 6 shifts per month, and managing up to 4 mid-level providers
  • Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting.
  • Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
  • Equipment: We offer In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-rays.
  • A Board-Certified Radiologist overreads all X-rays, and results are available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
  • Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements | Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.)
  • Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program
  • CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
  • DEA Certificate
