Program Coordinator - Front Range
Reports to: Director of Operations
Job Category: Hourly | Non-Exempt | Full-Time
Salary Range: $22-$26.50/hour
Job Site: Foundry Front Range - Broomfield
Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator partners with a multidisciplinary team to help manage and support various systems and processes that are instrumental in providing a safe and therapeutic environment. This role supports Leadership by fulfilling various administrative duties and functions and helping implement programmatic changes.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years proven experience in a program coordinator position.
- Experience and knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of insurance and billing.
- Experience with accounting/financial systems.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to listen well and offer solutions.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

- Adept at quickly learning new systems and platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the orientation process of incoming clients.
- Lend general support to new hires.
- Coordinate on- and off-site events (e.g. tours, lectures, etc.).
- Help implement the program changes.
- Administrative duties as assigned.
- Answer phones and relay messages to the appropriate department.
- Event and meeting management duties as assigned.
- Provide consistent and efficient direct operational support to the Director of Operations and CEO.
- Monitor quality assurance in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, making suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42CFR Part 2 compliance.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, typing, speaking, hearing, seeing.
- Exposure to a clinical and medical environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Driving in all weather conditions.
