Office Administrator

📍 Louisville, CO | Full-Time | In-Office

Be the Face of NDTCO

New Direction Trust Company (NDTCO) is looking for a highly organized, people-focused, and service-driven Office Administrator to help create an exceptional experience for both our clients and employees.

This is far more than a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, enjoys creating structure and organization, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

At NDTCO, we help clients take control of their retirement investments through self-directed accounts that allow investing beyond traditional stocks and mutual funds. Our clients invest in real estate, private equity, startups, and alternative assets — and every interaction they have with our company matters.

As the first impression of NDTCO, this role is critical to creating a welcoming, polished, and professional experience while also supporting leadership, office operations, and company culture. What You’ll DoFront Desk & Client Experience
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office guests
  • Coordinate visitor check-in, meeting logistics, and office hospitality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front office environment
  • Help create a high-quality and consistent client experience
Office Operations
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and service providers
  • Support office organization, procedures, and internal documentation
  • Assist with company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
  • Help maintain a productive and positive office environment
Executive & Team Support
  • Provide administrative support to leadership when needed
  • Assist with calendars, meetings, travel coordination, and scheduling
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Track projects, follow-ups, and action items to help keep initiatives moving forward
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping others. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance professionalism with a welcoming personality.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of office administration, hospitality, executive support, or similar experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or professional office environments
  • Executive support experience
  • Vendor management or office operations experience
  • Experience supporting multiple teams or departments
