Salary Range: $85,000–$97,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm CST | On-call as needed

As the Director of Nursing, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for clinical oversight and ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and supervising the nursing team to ensure exceptional care delivery
• Coaching and mentoring staff to support their professional development
• Collaborating with other department leaders to ensure resident satisfaction
• Overseeing compliance with regulations, policies, and quality initiatives
• Leading and participating in care plan development, audits, and staff training
• Promoting a culture of safety, service, and compassion throughout the community
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota (Required)
• 5+ years of clinical experience in assisted living or a related setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to quality, compliance, and resident-centered care
