Compensation:$250,000+ GCI yearly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Serve high-net-worth buyers and sellers across the East Bay's premier communities
- Deliver a white-glove client experience from first showing to closing table
- (Team Leader track) Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of luxury-focused agents
- (Producer track) Build your personal book of business with premium leads, marketing, and operational backing
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy — with real pathways into ownership and profit sharing

Qualifications:
Who You Are
- Active California real estate license (required)
- One of the following: Established team leader ready for a stronger platform, or
- High-performing agent ready to step into leadership, or
- Driven agent wanting to break into or expand within the East Bay luxury market
- Polished communicator who's comfortable — or eager to become comfortable — working with high-net-worth clientele
- Strong work ethic, coachable mindset, and hungry for the next level
- Local East Bay knowledge or a genuine commitment to mastering the market
