Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for observation? Join our dynamic team at SentriForce as a Video Surveillance Review Agent and play a vital role in our rapidly growing video services company. In this position, you will review recorded video footage from surveillance cameras to identify and locate specific activities. SentriForce has video surveillance cameras on hundreds of construction sites, apartment complexes and retail locations and more. One of the things that makes us great is our exceptional Video Review Service. We take on the burden of reviewing hours of recorded footage to find the answers our clients need or video evidence for law enforcement. Key Responsibilities:
•Review incoming requests related to reported incidents (e.g., vehicle break-ins, theft, physical assault).
•WARNING: Please be aware that this role may involve viewing explicit material, although it is not a frequent occurrence. In some cases, we may review footage related to serious incidents like homicides, vehicular accidents, or other graphic activities.
•Analyze recorded camera footage to locate and identify relevant activities.
•Communicate via email and phone calls with clients, law enforcement, and internal sales representatives to intake requests and ask qualifying questions.
•Edit multiple video surveillance clips into a comprehensive video.
•Utilize Windows Operating System, our Customer Relationship Management webpage, and various video surveillance playback software proficiently.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
•Ability to maintain a high level of attention for sustained periods of time.
•Exceptional attention to detail.
•Capability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Reliable transportation to work.
•Successful completion of drug screening and background check
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would also have the following:
•High School Diploma/GED
•Experience with video surveillance hardware/software
•Experience with video editing software
•Texas Security License
•Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from work.
Schedule:
•Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 3pm to 11pm
•Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm for first 2 weeks
•This is an in-person full-time position 40 hours a week.
Pay Rate:
$17.00- $19.00 Hourly

Additional Information:
•Candidate MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a clean criminal history background.
•Be at least 18 years of age.
•Texas or any State Security License (preferred, but not required).
