Position Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time, in-office role for an Administrative Assistant is located in Etobicoke, Ontario. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, organizing documentation, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations within a fast-paced environment. The role also involves assisting in the preparation and coordination of project-related documents and tasks, while ensuring all clerical duties are handled efficiently.
