The Opportunity

We are growing, and we’re looking for motivated, hands-on Installation Technicians to join our team.

This role is a great fit for university and college students, recent grads, or anyone looking to build real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will be out in the field across the GTA, helping customers get connected while learning valuable technical and customer service skills along the way.

What You’ll Do

Install and activate internet, TV, and phone services in residential and commercial buildings

Deliver a great customer experience — every interaction matters

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site

Educate customers on their services and equipment

Work both independently and as part of a supportive team

Represent Beanfield with professionalism and a strong customer-first attitude

Comfortable with hands-on, physical work and problem-solving

Willingness to learn — no extensive experience required

Valid G driver’s license
