About This Position
The Senior IT Analyst is a subject-matter expert responsible for leading the strategy, configuration, optimization, and project management of healthcare software solutions. This role drives seamless clinical and administrative workflows, independently manages complex issues, leads system enhancements, ensures robust compliance, and mentors junior analysts.
Education:
High School Diploma - required
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - preferred
Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - preferred
Experience:
5-10 years of experience with Healthcare Information System revenue cycle process, departments, and workflows - preferred
License:
EPIC, Cerner, PMP, ITIL - preferred
