We are looking for entry-level representatives to connect with members, explain their permanent benefit options, and provide ongoing service and support. • Engage with members virtually through Zoom and phone calls to explain benefit programs

• Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and performance standards

• Answer questions, address concerns, and provide consistent follow-up service

• Accurately complete documentation and maintain client records to company standards

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and client experiences

• Legally eligible to work in the United States

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration is an advantage but not required

• Proficiency with Zoom and online platforms, with strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments

• Strong organizational skills and accountability

• Confidence using virtual tools and platforms to engage with clients
