The Opportunity

We are looking for entry-level representatives to connect with members, explain their permanent benefit options, and provide ongoing service and support. This position is ideal for individuals who value teamwork, communication, and professional growth, and who want to thrive in a flexible, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with members virtually through Zoom and phone calls to explain benefit programs

  • Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and performance standards

  • Answer questions, address concerns, and provide consistent follow-up service

  • Accurately complete documentation and maintain client records to company standards

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and client experiences

Requirements
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration is an advantage but not required

  • Proficiency with Zoom and online platforms, with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
