The outside services team will support members and guests with an array of tasks and services. This is a member-facing role with a high level of hospitality required, and strong organizational skills. This position requires weekend availability. Caddies must be able to advise with club selection and navigate the golf course. A strong level of golf knowledge is required.

Job Summary:
The outside services team will support members and guests with an array of tasks and services. Job Duties:
- Sets up practice facility, stages simulator when booked.
- Sets up range and breaks it down daily.
- Rakes bunkers and clean golf balls during the round of play.
- Tracks, locates, and retrieves golf balls lost during play.
- Counts, maintains, and protects clubs throughout the round.
- Advises players regarding course or condition as requested.
- Replaces divots throughout the round.
- Repairs ball markers.
- Tends to flags.
- Greets members and their guests upon arrival.
- Retrieves and stages golf carts from the Cart Barn for member use.
- Loads or retrieves bags, gear, and drinks as requested to golf carts.
- Transports, stocks, maintains, and washes range balls.
- Cleans clubs for members and guests.
- Removes bags or gear as requested and stores in the appropriate area.
- Returns carts to Cart Barn and removes all waste, towels, pencils, drink, cans, etc., from the cart and saves any reuseable items.
- Checks carts for damage before washing and detailing.
- Offers detailed information about club amenities, services, and activities.
- Anticipates and responds to members' requests promptly.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality experience for members.
- Handles member feedback and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensures that all areas and carts are clean and well maintained.
- Performs other duties and supports other departments as needed.
Licenses and Special Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
- Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions.
- Must be able to handle frequent repetitive motions, including but not limited to bending, squatting, stooping, pulling, climbing, twisting.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able and willing to meet the physical demands of the position.

Education/Experience:
- Prior experience at a golf course helpful.
- Knowledge of the game of golf preferred.
- Experience at a high-end hotel, resort, restaurant, or private club preferred.
