The Warehouse Associate assists with various tasks across production and warehouse operations. This role supports the efficient flow of materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility, contributing to the timely production and shipment of high-quality air filtration products.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations
  • Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and move inventory to designated storage areas.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas.
• Inventory & Documentation
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
  • Record material movements and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Safety & Equipment Use
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, directions, and report hazards or incidents promptly.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and communication skills. Ability to speak and comprehend English.
• Forklift (sit and stand) certification required.
  • An internal forklift certification will be provided after 1 week of work.
  • 1st week of work you will utilize pallet jack for picking orders to demonstrate ability to count and pick orders accurately.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
