A Sales Support Specialist will specialize in assisting our outside sales team with day to day processes and procedures while also supplying happiness to those around them!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Self-motivated team player

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively one-on-one, and with large groups.

Sales support duties: Typing up and scheduling delivery of materials, printing start packets, (floor plans, i-joist, truss layouts, etc.), scheduling returns, updating quote with current pricing to resubmit, creating jobs in the system and locking in quotes.

Daily use and navigation of “point of sales” systems, computers and spreadsheets.

Attending daily Quarterback huddles to guide workload and duties.

Support with and help navigate overages and shortages of materials.

Assist in facilitating change orders & warranty/service repairs for internal/external customers.

Support the local sales team with rollover calls.

Detail oriented with an eye for process improvement.

As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members.
