Society Insurance is seeking an experienced Premium Receivables Representative II to join our team!

About the Role

  • Provides customer-focused support by handling inbound and outbound phone calls from insureds and agents, responding to inquiries through a Billing Inbox, and assisting customers via online chat to ensure timely and accurate resolution of billing needs.
  • Processes payments from policyholders and agents.
  • Balances daily cash from various sources.
  • Processes and oversees daily invoices and notices for mailing and analyzes payment discrepancies and account inquiries.
  • Analyzes financial data and resolves discrepancies.

  • You are well organized and can manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
  • You remain calm under pressure.
  • You place an emphasis on creating customer loyalty.

    • What it Will Take

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of related customer service, finance, accounting, or insurance experience.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to operate in a team environment.
