Customer Support Representative in Pewaukee, Wisconsin at Trico Corporation

Summary

Trico is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to support our domestic customers, including distributors, end users, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Your teammates will rely on you to provide a great customer experience through accurate order processing, helpful product information, and timely follow-up. You must be able to adjust your communication style to meet the needs of a wide variety of customers.

This full-time position is located at our office in Pewaukee, WI. The hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide telephone & email support to customers – including price quoting, checking product availability, entering and confirming orders, and assisting with product selection.
• Contact customers to clarify requirements, obtain missing information, and communicate order updates or resolve order issues.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer orders in Trico’s ERP software.
• Resolve order and delivery issues by coordinating with customers and Trico’s production, shipping, accounting, and other internal teams.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing excellent customer or sales support in manufacturing or industrial distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage orders, customer requests, and follow-up.
• Experience with using Outlook for email and calendars.
• Must be very comfortable with learning and using new computer software – such as ERP and CRM programs.
• The ability to confidently speak with customers and represent Trico.
• The ability to work under pressure and balance competing tasks in a changing environment.
• Must demonstrate self-motivation and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in an independent, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results without constant supervision.
