About This Position
LTC Language Solutions is seeking a professional and passionate American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to join our team full-time in Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing language access across a variety of settings.

Interpreting Services:
- Provide high-quality, in-person ASL interpretation at various client locations in Indiana as needed for up to 40 hours per week
- Accurately interpret in various legal, medical and community settings.
- Demonstrate cultural competency and a strong understanding of Deaf culture.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Maintain a high level of communication with the Interpreting Manager and ASL team.
- When not at interpreting assignments, provide administrative support to the Interpreting Department including but not limited to scheduling, calls and inbox management.
- Develop a strong presence in the community for LTC by attending events, being involved in various networking groups, etc.
- Assist in organizing interpreter training and events
- 3+ years of ASL interpreting experience
- Passionate about providing language access
- Adherence to the RID Interpreter Code of Ethics
- Bachelor’s Degree in American Sign Language
- NIC/IIC Certification
