$35 - $45 hourly

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily service calls on shingle, metal, and low‑slope roofs
• Diagnose leaks and perform hands‑on repairs
• Explain issues and solutions to homeowners
• Document work using Zuper
• Guide and train 1–2 team members

What You’ll Experience

• Variety in daily work and real problem‑solving
• Independence with strong team support
• Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities
• (Senior Service Foreman - Field Manager - Production Manager)

• 4+ years of roofing experience: shingle & metal required; low‑slope roofing, siding, and seamless gutter installation a plus!
• Strong diagnostics and repair skills
• Professional communication with homeowners
• Ability to lead a small crew and work independently
• Physically able to climb, lift 50+ lbs, and work at heights
• Valid IN or MI driver’s license
