Sr. Care Advocacy Director - REMOTE

In this strategic role, you will effectively manage a diverse team while ensuring outstanding care delivery. Accountabilities- Manage a team of 70+ individuals, both clinical and non-clinical.
- Identify future operational needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Oversee clinical components across Care Advocacy Services.
- Communicate effectively with leaders on clinical and operational matters.
- Partner with product and tech teams to ensure effective technical releases.
- Facilitate monthly budget reviews and manage operational costs.
- Promote a culture of diversity and understanding within the team.
- Strong organization skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced ability to interact with and influence senior management.
- Significant leadership skill and experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations.
- Ability to present information logically and concisely.
- Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
- Experience building rapport with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to drive strategy and direction.
- Strong technical capability understanding across platforms.
- Experience in change management or organizational behavior.
