What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality care, compliance, and census growth.
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
- Recruit, develop, and oversee staff performance, training, and compliance.
- Ensure high standards of resident care, satisfaction, and rights.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, safety programs, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Oversee facility operations, including inspections, maintenance, and risk management.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning, vendor management, and organizational growth initiatives.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare or Business Administration preferred)
- Current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license.
- 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare administration, with a proven track record of operational and team success.
- Strong knowledge of CMS, DPH, and long-term care regulations, as well as reimbursement systems and financial operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, staff development, and personnel management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities, with sound judgment and discretion.
- Proficiency in computer systems, financial reporting, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours and meet all organizational health and physical requirements.
- Maintain visibility and engagement across all facility shifts.
