Position Summary:

Responsible for providing accounting support within the Accounting department by researching and gathering data from both the billing and accounting software according to Accounting department timeframes.

This Full-time position works a schedule of Monday through Friday with weekends off!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Proficient with accounting or billing software

• Ability to cooperate with other employees and also be able to work independently when needed

• Detail-oriented with the ability to assimilate large volume of data from various sources

• Accuracy entering data into computer systems

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field

• One (1) year experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting • Proficient with the Micro Information Processing (MIP) or Unicentric ServicExpert systems

• Knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables
