  • Partner cross-functionally with legal, technical, marketing, and business teams to deliver scalable, impactful educational experiences that support both client success and organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; licensed attorney preferred, although active legal practice is not required.
  • 10+ years of experience in legal practice, legal technology, eDiscovery, investigations, legal operations, consulting, legal education, or a closely related field.
  • Deep understanding of litigation, discovery obligations, investigations, privilege, proportionality, defensibility, evidence, and legal processes.
  • Strong expertise in eDiscovery, Technology Assisted Review (TAR), legal analytics, legal technology, and the application of Generative AI within legal workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex legal, ethical, procedural, and technical concepts to diverse audiences through engaging educational content.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering CLE programs, conferences, webinars, publications, research initiatives, or other professional education programs.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, teaching, and editorial communication skills.
  • Strong project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence with attorneys, judges, academics, consultants, clients, and technology professionals.
  • Intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and a passion for advancing legal education in an evolving technology landscape.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Opportunity to lead a nationally recognized legal education and thought leadership program.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge topics including legal technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, privacy, and digital investigations.
  • Extensive collaboration with industry leaders, legal experts, academics, and technology specialists.
  • Opportunities to represent the organization at conferences, educational events, and professional forums.
