• Act as a technical leader throughout the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation, deployment, and operations.
• Contribute to the evolution of cloud platforms and services, designing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions for complex data management needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain SaaS products using modern web technologies and cloud-native engineering practices.
• Solve complex technical challenges related to scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Drive architectural improvements and contribute to technical strategy for next-generation platform capabilities.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, preferably with SaaS products or cloud-based platforms.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating scalable, reliable, and secure cloud services.
• Strong software design and coding skills with a focus on performance, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Proficiency in web-based technologies and programming languages such as Java, Go, GraphQL, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices and enterprise-level engineering processes.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent cloud environments.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations at scale.
• Experience designing and working with distributed database technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and work effectively with diverse global teams.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and acting as a technical mentor for other engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with big data analytics, event-driven architectures, or large-scale data processing systems is an asset.
• Familiarity with BPMN or RPA tools such as Camunda, Power Automate, or AWS Step Functions is a plus.
• Knowledge of Linux/CentOS environments is beneficial.

• Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $131,000 to $191,400 CAD annually, depending on experience and location.
