Working closely with Product, AI, Design, and Engineering, you will solve complex technical challenges while shaping the architecture of a rapidly evolving SaaS platform. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services supporting AI-powered product capabilities.
• Build and optimize retrieval pipelines, search infrastructure, APIs, and cloud-native services for high-performance applications.
• Improve search relevance, data processing pipelines, system reliability, observability, and overall backend performance.
• Design architectures that efficiently organize and retrieve structured and unstructured knowledge across large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of intelligent features such as knowledge retrieval, reporting, dashboards, and engineering insights.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.

• 7+ years of experience developing production-grade backend software.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern backend development frameworks.
• Proven experience building APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and scalable backend architectures.
• Solid understanding of databases, data modeling, system design, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data in complex software environments.
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions in evolving product landscapes with ambiguous requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-powered applications, LLM workflows, semantic search, RAG architectures, vector databases, event-driven systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms is considered an asset.
