Join Our Team as a **Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant**

Rise Up Rehab, LLC is a local outpatient rehab company seeking a **Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant*
* to perform PT treatments (under supervision of a licensed PT) at patient's homes on the northside of SAN ANTONIO. Position is consistent PRN/part-time, approximately 15-25 visits/wk.

**Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:
- Current license in Texas as a PTA
- Familiarity with Net Health (Optima) for documentation is a plus, but training is available. Upgrading to AI version soon.
