This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring smooth order management operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and customers by resolving inquiries and coordinating solutions.
The position combines customer service expertise, operational coordination, and problem-solving skills to support reliable service delivery.
You will manage order processing, account maintenance, shipment-related questions, and service requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Working collaboratively across departments, you will help improve processes and contribute to a positive customer experience.

The Customer Service Representative will support daily operations by managing customer requests, processing orders, and ensuring accurate communication between customers, internal teams, and external partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Process customer orders received through phone, email, and other communication channels while ensuring timely confirmations when required.
- Manage order entry processes through internal ERP systems and select appropriate shipping methods to support accurate and timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with customers, clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding orders, products, shipments, invoices, returns, credits, and account-related questions.
- Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries and complaints while escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain customer account information, update records, and ensure data accuracy across relevant systems.
- Monitor backorders, shipment discrepancies, and service issues while helping identify solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow established procedures, workflows, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional responsibilities and support other operational activities as required.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, order management, or a related support environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar operational support position.
- Strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing requests, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with order entry systems and customer management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain high-quality work under pressure.
- Competitive salary range of $39,552 CAD - $66,847 CAD.
