Position Summary
The Painter II is an advanced refinishing specialist who performs the full range of surface preparation, body repair, and paint application to restore Genie equipment to the highest quality, customer-ready finish. Working independently, the Painter II handles complex and high-visibility refinishing tasks, troubleshoots finish and process problems, and serves as a technical resource to less-experienced painters.
This is a hands-on production role that demands a high level of craftsmanship, color-matching skill, and process discipline. The Painter II contributes directly to product quality, customer satisfaction, and a safe, clean work environment, and represents the advanced level on the Paint career ladder.
