Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Part-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Porter (PT)

Location: Support The Balton, in addition to Metro 125, Douglass Park, and St. Nicholas Park; our residential communities located in New York, Ny (10027)

Hours: Weekend Only/ Saturday & Sunday; 8am to 5pm with 1hr lunch each day

Key Qualifications:

• Complete required tasks on set designated days in a timely manor.
• Maintain logs and records when applicable

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications:

• Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
• Experience
  • 1-3 months of related experience preferred
  • Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills & Certifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License required
