Production Manager in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania at Metz Culinary Management

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Food Production Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service in a busy commercial kitchen setting. We are seeking a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from an Experienced Food Production Manager or strong back-of-the-house manager looking to grow.

Our Production Manager will oversee a staff cooks and production staff, manage all daily task schedules, inventory and ordering. The Production Manager report directly to our General Manager. He or She will be willing to hit the ground running in a fast paced setting. Experience desired in a Contract Dining Food Service setting such as Hospital, School, College, Senior Living or Corporate Dining accounts.

Requirements:

• Food Service Management experience BOH
• ServSafe Certification
• Employee Management experience including Scheduling, Payroll, Disciplinary Measures and Employee Recognition Programs
• Record Keeping and Budget Management
• Create and Submit Reports
