Position Overview

Foxit is seeking an experienced business systems professional to partner with teams across the organization in support of business applications, operational workflows, systems integrations, and process improvement initiatives.

This role will serve as a key connection between business stakeholders, technical teams, and data functions—helping translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and efficient systems and processes.

Systems analysis will be the core focus of the role; however, the position also includes hands-on application administration and operational support. An AI-forward mindset and an interest in using automation to improve how teams work are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support and optimize enterprise applications and operational processes.

  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, workflows, and delivery plans.

  • Analyze existing processes and recommend solutions that improve scalability, efficiency, reliability, and user experience.

  • Support systems integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and dependencies across business applications and data platforms.

  • Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and deliver system enhancements.

  • Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to support reporting requirements, data quality, system dependencies, and downstream analytics needs.

  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing, regression testing, deployment validation, and post-release stabilization.

  • Create and maintain process documentation, system guides, operating procedures, and support runbooks.

  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI-assisted workflows, automation, and process standardization.

  • Provide ongoing business application administration, user support, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance as needed.

Required Skills, Experience, and QualificationsMust-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise application support, systems administration, or business process improvement.

  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, systems integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery environments.

  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into clear functional and technical documentation.

  • Hands-on experience with testing, release validation, issue resolution, and post-deployment support.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Willingness to take direct ownership of application administration and operational support responsibilities.

  • Interest in applying AI and automation to improve business systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, document workflow, or data and analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, DealHub, NetSuite, or Databricks.

  • Experience with integration-platform-as-a-service tools or other integration middleware.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise applications, copilots, intelligent automation, or generative AI workflows.

  • Experience working in a global software, SaaS, or technology organization.
