The Director of Finance will be part of a dynamic team, provide day-to-day support and will report directly to the CFO. Additionally, the Director will contribute to various functions within our Finance team. If you are passionate about delivering first-class service to investors and have an interest in capital markets, this position is an excellent fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup of an Investment Fund within Pacific Reach, including support in obtaining EMD
• license and accredited Dealing Representative and Advising Representative status.
• Directing the financial priorities including reporting, controls, financing, audit, tax structuring of
• the investment fund.
• Act as the Dealing Representative under an EMD license, including performing KYC
• responsibilities.
• Coordinate and perform special projects as requested

Required Qualification and Skills

• Mandatory: CPA designation with Public Practice experience. A bachelor’s degree or working experience
• in the finance industry.
• Prefer: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and/or Exempt Market Dealer Course
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex
• investment concepts to investors
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the public securities markets
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
