What We Need

Lantern Learning Group is seeking a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist (Sales & Admissions) who is passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping families find the right educational environment for their children.

This role combines consultative sales, customer relationship management, family engagement, and enrollment support to drive growth across our school communities. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly responsive, goal-oriented, and enjoys turning inquiries into enrollments through meaningful connections and exceptional service.

Sales & Enrollment Growth

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families through phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families and guide them through the enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to maximize tour attendance and enrollment conversions.
  • Manage and maintain an active admissions pipeline using CRM and enrollment management systems.
  • Explain programs, tuition, classroom availability, and enrollment requirements with confidence and professionalism.
  • Track enrollment activity, conversion rates, and enrollment goals while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support organizational growth by helping schools meet enrollment objectives.

Family Engagement & Customer Experience

  • Deliver a welcoming, personalized, and responsive experience for every prospective family.
  • Build trust and rapport through proactive communication and relationship-focused service.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the enrollment journey.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience from first inquiry through enrollment completion.

School & Leadership Partnership

  • Coordinate school tours, open houses, enrollment events, and family visits in partnership with School Directors and regional leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and School Leadership teams to support enrollment initiatives.
  • Share enrollment updates, market trends, family feedback, and lead activity with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular meetings focused on enrollment performance, strategic growth, and family experience improvements.

Community Outreach & Marketing Support

  • Support community outreach efforts, networking events, and local marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness.
  • Represent Lantern Learning Group professionally at community events and school functions.
  • Build relationships within the local community to generate awareness and prospective family leads.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, enrollment management, customer success, hospitality, leasing, account management, or relationship-based customer service preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, manage leads, and convert opportunities into successful outcomes.
  • Experience working directly with families, customers, clients, or community members in a service-oriented environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Bilingual English/Spanish Required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong consultative sales and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and enrollment management platforms.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education and the competitive school market is a plus.
  • Passion for helping families find the best educational experience for their child.

Physical & Working Requirements

  • Frequent speaking, listening, computer use, and extended screen time.
  • Occasional walking and standing during school tours, enrollment events, and community outreach activities.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for event setup and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally outside the immediate area for training, meetings, and organizational events.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support school events and enrollment initiatives.
