Banquet Captain / Offsite Catering & Floor Manager in Salem, Massachusetts at Village Tavern

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Banquet Captain to join our management team. This key position also serves as Offsite Catering Manager and Restaurant Floor Manager, helping oversee dinner service and closing operations a few nights per week.If you’re passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating unforgettable guest experiences — both in-house and offsite — we want to hear from you!About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing all aspects of banquet and catering events, as well as ensuring smooth and professional restaurant operations.
