Village Tavern Salem is looking for a Bar Manager with 2 years of experience who will enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The Bar Manager manages inventory and resources, ensures that quality and safety controls are followed to maximize customer satisfaction and ensures that patrons are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service. You should also be able to work with diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations.Job Duties:Manage all Beverage Outlet operationsOrdering all liquorEnsure compliance of Steps of Service for the bartendersManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerAssist team in the direction and supervision of food servers, bus-persons, and other staff in reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety.Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Liquor Costs and PayrollIncentivize team members to maximize sales and revenueEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvementAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsManaging Closing and Opening shiftsScheduling BartendersBenefits:Clear path to advancement opportunities.
