Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist

The Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist with AMPLER Pizza, dba Little Caesars supports invarious human resource functions which includes recruitment, staffing, and onboarding for all newemployees. The talent acquisition and training specialist should be aware of the staffing needs ofthe companies. The Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist will also be responsible of creatingtraining regarding operations based on a need-assessment and track its completion. The Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist assists in the successful hire and salary negotiation in conjunctionwith hiring supervisor while providing an ethical example to all new employees to conduct theirjob with fullest enthusiasm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare onboarding kits
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Compiles and submits reports from various database systems.
  • Create print and digital campaigns to promote applicant candidacy.
  • Ensure all proper employment forms are completed by new employees.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Cultivates a culture that emphasizes responsiveness, innovation, diversity, excellence, andhigh integrity.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews.
  • In charge of sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platformsand professional networks.)
  • Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methodsfor a specific purpose or audience.
  • Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous trainingto identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
  • Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports onoutcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Adaptable to employment market climate
  • Effective in public relations and has sound public speaking skills.
  • Full understanding of available recruiting tools and ability to identify proper tactics.
  • Effective in written communications and have ability to prepare reports, procedures, andpolicies.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Two to three years previous training experience.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Proficient in office suite (excel, outlook, word & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good judgment, approachable and professional.
  • Proficient with automated reporting systems.
  • Ability to champion new ideas and initiatives.

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by anemployee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is mostly homeshored, with occasional travel.

While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access allcomponents of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending andtwisting. Must be able to lift up-to 10 pounds. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting mostof the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Frequent computer usesat workstation for extended periods of time. This position also requires traveling while hosting hiringand training events.
