About the Role:

The Junior LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) plays a vital role in supporting the management and administration of community associations, including homeowners' associations and condominium associations. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with governing documents, facilitating communication between board members and residents, and assisting in the coordination of maintenance and financial operations. The Junior LCAM will work closely with community managers to develop a deep understanding of community management principles and regulatory requirements. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering positive community relations. Ultimately, the Junior LCAM contributes to the smooth operation and long-term success of the communities under their care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid LCAM license or eligibility to obtain the license within a specified timeframe.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in business, public administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of community association management principles and relevant state laws.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
