Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst-Raleigh(NC)-Remote in Raleigh, North Carolina at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking an experienced Epic Clin Doc Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for clinical documentation workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Support and build Epic Clinical Documentation workflows including nursing, therapies, behavioral health, and long-term care.
• Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and implement Epic configuration changes.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and end-user support.
• Provide training and support during go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.

Required Skills:

• Epic Clin Doc Certification (Required)
• 7+ years of Epic implementation/support experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare clinical documentation workflows
• Experience with Epic configuration and workflow analysis

Preferred Skills:

• Epic Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) Certification
• Previous experience as an Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst/Builder in a healthcare environment
