Keystone Dental Partners is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead one of our growing dental practices. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
As Practice Manager, you'll partner with doctors and support teams to drive operational excellence, coach and develop team members, improve practice performance, and help create a positive, patient-centered culture.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of leadership or practice management experience (dental or healthcare preferred)
- A passion for coaching and developing teams
- Strong business acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial performance
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in practice management, business operations, or team leadership; dental or healthcare environment preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
- Experience managing financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in multi-location or group practice settings preferred
- Experience with dental practice management software or similar systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems
- Demonstrated experience performing front-office dental operations, including scheduling, patient communication, insurance processes, treatment coordination, and collections.
