Education / Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
- PHR or SPHR preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years human resources experience.
Position Overview:
Responsible for performing all human resources functions for the location. Includes employee relations, training, performance management, and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Partners with management to communicate and administer human resource policies and procedures for all employees.
- Responds to employee relations issues and counsels management on corrective action procedures.
- Processes all unemployment claims. Attend unemployment hearings as necessary.
- Provides benefits assistance (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, 401k) to onsite employees.
- Maintains HRIS system and personnel files.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Personally demonstrate and lead and manage team members according to Senderra’s community values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment.
- Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
- Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
- Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting, bending.
- Uses office equipment and machinery effectively.
- Requires normal finger dexterity for keyboarding.
- Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
- Lifting requirements of 15 lbs. occasionally.
- Minimal travel <5%.
