  • Develop and maintain JECG IM/KM Plans and IM/KM requirements within ECPs, defining information exchange requirements, workflows, responsibilities, collaboration tools, system use, and information-sharing procedures between the JECG and training audience.
  • Assess and recommend improvements to secure classified and unclassified collaboration environments, exercise portals, shared drives, repositories, and information flows across Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and Joint Worldwide Communications System (JWICS).
  • Evaluate the integration and interoperability of Maven Smart System, Virtual Joint Operations Center (VJOC), SharePoint, Donovan, INTELINK, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE), and other approved DoD mission and collaboration systems.
  • Map operational processes and information flows to identify information stove pipes, duplication, access issues, system-interface gaps, and opportunities to improve information discovery, sharing, retention, archiving, and reuse.
  • Evaluate and recommend the use of emerging technologies, including Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) tools, Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), automation, data integration, and advanced analytics to automate workflows, improve information sharing and interoperability, analyze exercise data, and enhance planning and decision support.
  • Work with Joint Staff leadership, exercise planners, operational and functional subject matter experts, intelligence personnel, technical teams, and IM/KM personnel to translate operational requirements into practical IM/KM and technical solutions.
  • Develop capability assessments, process and information-flow diagrams, governance recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and senior-leader decision briefs supporting DDJTE IM/KM modernization.
Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
