This role is a high-impact, client-facing architecture position focused on designing and delivering enterprise-grade automation and AI-enabled solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end solution architecture across Power Platform and Copilot Studio, shaping how organizations adopt intelligent workflows and scalable digital solutions. Operating in a consulting environment, you will work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, governed, and production-ready architectures. The position blends deep technical design with strategic advisory responsibilities, including workshops, solutioning, and governance definition. You will play a key role in embedding Copilot and Power Platform capabilities into Microsoft 365 environments while ensuring enterprise-level scalability and compliance. This is a hands-on architecture role where innovation, AI fluency, and client leadership intersect.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable Microsoft-based solutions while guiding clients through architecture decisions and implementation strategies.
- Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages
- Design and deploy Copilot Studio agents integrated into business workflows using modern AI patterns such as RAG, prompt orchestration, and tool calling
- Define integration architectures across Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external systems using APIs, connectors, and gateways
- Establish and enforce ALM practices, including solution packaging, environment strategy, and deployment pipelines
- Build enterprise governance frameworks covering DLP policies, RBAC, tenant strategy, and lifecycle management
- Design secure and compliant AI architectures, ensuring proper data boundaries, monitoring, and responsible AI practices
- Lead discovery workshops and architecture sessions with clients to define requirements and target solutions
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps for stakeholders
- Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to both technical teams and executive leadership
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, scoping, estimation, and technical demos
- Contribute to internal frameworks, reference architectures, and reusable governance patterns
- Mentor clients and internal teams on Power Platform and Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform architecture, Copilot solutions, and enterprise integration, combined with consulting experience and strong communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot, including custom agent development
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, including DLP, ALM, and tenant management
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems using APIs, connectors, and gateways
- Solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access management
- Familiarity with AI architecture patterns such as RAG, grounding, and prompt engineering
- Experience leading client-facing workshops, technical discussions, and solution presentations
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exposure to consulting or Microsoft partner environments is highly valued
- Optional experience with Azure AI services, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Power BI
- Proficiency in pro-code extensions (C#, TypeScript, Python) is a plus
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or MS-600 are advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10–20%)
