  • Provide creative input on briefs, templates, and visual strategies to improve overall design quality.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer with strong visual instincts, experience across multiple design formats, and the ability to manage projects independently in a flexible remote environment. You should be comfortable balancing creativity, brand consistency, and business objectives.

  • Proven portfolio demonstrating experience across social media, digital, print, and email design.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with XD or Premiere is a plus.
  • Experience using Canva for efficient, high-quality content creation.
  • Working knowledge of Figma for website, landing page, and collaborative design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files, including knowledge of bleed, trim, CMYK/RGB formats, and resolution requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished creative work.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams using tools such as Slack and project management platforms is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive contractor compensation of $60–$80 per hour.
  • Fully remote contract opportunity available to candidates in the United States.
  • Flexible workload estimated at approximately 10–15 hours per month based on business needs.
  • Opportunity to begin with a pilot engagement with potential for an ongoing contractor relationship.
  • Ability to contribute to diverse marketing and branding projects across digital and print channels.
  • Flexible schedule and autonomy in managing assigned creative projects.
