Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Raleigh, North Carolina at Tri South Mechanical LLC

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

• Perform service, maintenance, repairs, and startups on commercial HVAC/R systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete accurate, high-quality repairs
• Prepare for service calls by reviewing job scope, materials, and site conditions
• Deliver professional customer service and ensure job completion standards are met
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies at all times
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing technical training
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of HVAC/R technical or post-secondary program
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license
• Clean driving record (required for insurance approval)
• Must pass background check and drug screening (required)
• Ability to perform physical field work: lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in varying conditions
