Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Customer Service, Order Management, and Sales:- Manage and process customer orders and quotes (phone, email, through sales force) with same-day responses, ensuring accurate pricing, stock availability, and delivery requirements to ensure seamless transactions
- Follow up on open orders, quotations, and requests to maintain an updated order report
- Proactively call sales leads and work within the team to grow the sales territory
- Build and maintain customer relationships by offering product knowledge and assistance
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including completing Customer Complaint forms as needed
- Support team members and assist the order desk with phone and email customer care issues
- Coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and accurate pricing
- Work with other departments to align pricing and material delivery with customer needs
- Design hydronic systems using various design programs including AutoCAD
- Actively participate in Inside Sales/Order Desk meetings to support team goals and collaboration

- Strong problem-solving, prioritization skills, and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Excellent customer service skills; striving to meet or exceed customer expectations
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing, hydronics, and industrial PVF, combined with a strong work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- TSSA G3 or G2 Gas Certification is an asset
- HRAI or NAIT system design training is an asset
- Hydronic Vendor design certification is an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent an asset
- Previous experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
- Position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
