The team at Sunridge Dental located in Calgary, AB are looking for a passionate, hard-working Re-Care coordinator on a part time, temporary basis to cover a maternity leave.

The ideal Re-Care coordinator is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure to ensure the practice runs efficiently. We are looking for someone who can take ownership in keeping our hygiene schedule running efficiently and full.

SCHEDULE:

• 30 hours per week
• Saturday through Tuesday
• Temporary contract June to November 2026 with possibility of extension

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 year of experience as a Re-Care Coordinator/Hygiene Coordinator is preferred
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
